Bug Description

Binary package hint: nvidia-glx-*

I'm using Jaunty Alpha 4.
In Alpha 3, the nvidia drivers just worked. But I just upgraded to Alpha 4 and now when I boot, I see the login screen (I have auto login enabled) and after that I just see my wallpaper and my cursor, which can be moved. I don't hear the login sound and it just freezes. It doesn't respond to the power button either. I can still move my cursor.
When I switch back to the nv driver using the recovery boot, It runs fine again. But still, the driver should work..

Should I upload any crash logs? I don't know where to find them so please tell me where they are if I should.

The some is happened to me, only way to boot is to remove xorg.conf, anyway it's the same with 173 and 177 nvidia driver.
