We need to incorporate the ability to either delete bogus image uploads or revert to the default image (hand with quill)

The ability to delete covers is already implemented. It needs to be exposed in the UI.
The change cover page needs to be redesigned to support the following:
* Display 10 available covers with each cover having links to perform
* set this as default cover
* delete this cover - clicking on this should ask reason for delete
* A link to display all available covers
* A link to display deleted images with each deleted image having link to undo delete.
