Coupon Percentage Discount not activating

When I set up a Coupon Discount in Admin v233
Creating the coupon is fine and I add the % in the coupon amount eg: 5%

After review and confirm the discount remains at FIXED not PERCENTAGE

Looking in the databse i see the coupon_type field in TABLE COUPONS is F when it should be updated to P
(I have to do this manually in phpMyAdmin and it works fine but when you update the coupon it reverts back to coupon_type = 'F'

I tried looking in the code salesCoupons.php coding looks fine but i dont see anywhere that set the coupon_type when the coupon is created. There are a few code errors in that file too.

also, the use counter does not indicate correctly, if I set the uses at 2, it still show I have 2 left

Please replace your file …/admin/includes/tweak/display/salesCoupon.php with the file attached here and try. We will update this file in our next revision shortly.

The counter works fine. It will be reduced only after an order has created successfully.
