after pressing 'save' when creating a new object, the user is not properly redirected to the listing page

When you create a new object in Silva and press the 'save' button,
you go to a page the shows the folder listing where you created the new object.
However, this page is not a 'normal' folder listing as you can see in the url.
If you refresh this page. You basicly recreate the object you just created,
which is not possible, and you get an error saying the id is not unique.

The desirable behavior would be that after creating an object, you get redirected to the normal folder contents page.
