Bug Description
Querying the data for rendering the subscribers portlet on bug pages can take quite a long time for some bugs. In order to make loading bug pages faster, we want to render the contents of the subscribers portlet in a separate view and inject this into the page using an XHR after the page has loaded.

This would be a great step forward.
I think that we discussed at the bug sprint something more like:
- Show if you and/or any of your teams are subscribed
- Show the count of subscribers, and allow clicking that to show all subscribers through XHR
Is that close to the implementation your thinking of?
