Bug Description

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

When I click the Knetworkmanager, the wireless networks show up correctly, but the buttons are overlapped in the applet. I can only press the top button when they are completely overlapped, and I can press both when they are partially overlapped.

Image attached. My screen resolution is 1024x768. When I mouse-over the top left of the applet, a resize NW-SE cursor appears, but the applet doesn't seem resizable. Hiding/showing the separate parts of the applet (ethernet, wireless, VPN) doesn't have any effect.

I can confirm exactly this. It doesn't happen all the time, but usually. Often the applet also doesn't adjust to show all the icons. It looks a mess.

Perhaps it is related to similar bug in krunner with confused/overlapped icons?

Attachment showing that the plasmoid hasn't adjusted to the right height. This may be a different bug, but possibly related.
(It also shows signal strength at 255%, hmm, another bug...)

I can confirm this bug too. Sometime makes it impossible to choose and connect to at particular network. Experienced for both Mobile and Wireless networks.

Confirming here to. Same problem as Luke. It works if you move the Wireless box below/above the Ethernet box, and then moves it back.

I can confirm what is written above but it must be extended. All kinds of network devices can be overlapping. I've attached a screenshot.
