Bug Description
Distribution (like https:/
Distribution page should have tabs along the lines of "Overview", "Settings" (to include both "Change translators" and "Change language pack admins" functionality), "Import queue".
DistroSeries page should have tabs along the lines of "Overview", "Settings", "Language packs" (unifying "See language packs", "Administer language packs" and "Request a full export" options) and "Import queue".
