Bug Description

I did a clean install from cd-rom of Ubuntu 8.10. Within the installation I choosed 'Dutch / Nederlands'. After that the installation was fully in Dutch. So far so good.
After the installation I get the login screen. All the words eg. username where in English. After login some parts of the menu are Dutch, some are English. All appliactions (Firefox, Openoffice, etc.) where in English.
I've found the menu System > Manage > Localization support (except system they where already in Dutch, so I hope I use the right English menu terms). Within the localization support the language 'Dutch / Nederlands' was turned off.

1) Ubuntu 8.10
2) Core of Ubuntu
3) Full translated after clean install
4) Ubuntu was half translated, some parts of the menu where English, other Dutch. All the applications (Firefox, Openoffice, etc.) started in English
