[win32] Cannot enter flickr -> popular tags when it a has unicode title

Bug Description

Elisa doesn't seem to enter popular tags ,if title is in unicode.Please see screenshot.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Goto pictures-> internet->flickr->popular tags
2.Goto a tag which has unicode title.
3.Press enter

Expected Result: Enters popular tag with unicode title.

Current Result: Does not enter popular tag with unicode title.

This is a windows specific issue. On linux, the tag is correctly displayed (two chinese characters, 節分). The corresponding tag in Flickr is http://flickr.com/photos/tags/%E7%AF%80%E5%88%86/.

The latest free moovida 1.09 does not get any maintenance since a while. Now moovidadb.com is supporting Linux and support can be found at : http://www.fluendo.com/faq/
