text formating toolbar

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

If I select the text formating toolbar to be visible it becomes. The I select the text tool to edit some text. After, I go to another tool the text formating toolbar disappears again. This is obviously not the wanted behavior since I before selected that I want the text toolbar present all time.

Further I think it should be possible to change the formating of text is the text format toolbar is present even if I haven't selected the text tool. So i fI have the text toolbar visible and select a text block, I should be able to change the font.
