config object is missing filename of original config file breaking 'save config' feature

Bug Description
txlib/config.py needs to save the filename of the original xml config file so that it can be compared against later, and overwritten if necesary by the 'saveConfig' feature.
the line of code to save the filename in the config object is missing causing that feature to break. this bug is to add it.
