Bug Description

Hi! I use qBittorrent v1.3.1, installed from your repository on Kubuntu 8.10.

It seems that the Option 'ToolbarDisplayed=false' in '/home/Username/.config/qBittorrent/qBittorrent.conf' has no effect since qBittorrent 1.3.0. It works when I blend out the toolbar inside the Options, but when I restart qBittorrent the toolbar appears again.

What goes wrong?
