Bug Description
There are a several old orig.tar.gz files laying in the openoffice-pkgs ppa which is causing my ppa to go over quota.
I don't know if the existence of the old orig.tar.gz is a feature or a bug:

Those take up around 900MB of the ppa and they have not been used for months and have no binary packages associated with them...
Thanks,
Chris Cheney

The problem is the fact that 'openoffice.org' and openoffice. org-l10n' have orig.tar.ǵz with same contents (same MD5) but with different names.
`death-row` performs an optimization when checking files for removal and picks only the first occurrence of a given MD5 (content) in pool.
So, depending on the order the tarballs where uploaded/published, only the oldest one was actually removed from disk.
We should fix the `death-row`, either removing the optimization or improving it to cope with this legitimate (from the packaging PoV) situation.
