xmem installs its binary to the wrong place

Bug Description
Binary executable of the package xmem is installed do the directory /usr/X11R6/bin but default user PATH contains only /usr/bin/X11(which is a symlink to ../bin).
I'd expect to have it in system default PATH.

Moreover, spelling of the parameter '-cachedcolor' is bad and the option is accepted as '-cahedcolor'.
