Bug Description
My Logitech Webcam does not function in Intrepid 8.10 I have compiled the new driver per Bug Report "solution", the webcam is not recognized.

1. wget http://
2. tar xvzf libv4l-0.5.0.tar.gz
3. cd libv4l-0.5.0
4. make
5. sudo make install
6. export LD_PRELOAD=
7. run your favorite webcam app
It did not work.
