Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

Sorry for my bad english.

I've a problem by setting a system wide configuration with Network manager.
I've read the other bugs with the gnome-keyring, but i'm thinking, it is another problem.
The problem:
NetworkManager 0.7~~svn20081020 Ubuntu 8.10
I set up a wlan connection and mark it as "system wide" configuration
Security is WEP64/128bit Key.
If i enter the Key and apply the settings, the system works fine.
After a reboot, the system doesn't connect to the network.
It ask every time again for the WEP-key (not the gnome Keyring).
If i open the file "/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/My_connection", i can read the right settings - also the "missing" WEP key.
Starting nm-configuration-editor manually from the terminal, i get always the following error message:
(nm-connection-editor:8867): WARNING **: Invalid setting Sicherheit des Funknetzwerks: Invalid wireless security
until the key is re-entered.
all the other settings in the file are acepted by NM.
