Bug Description
I use a USB mouse (wireless BenQ). When I turn the scrollwheel fast enough in Firefox, it jumps to the previous or next page.
I am a little unsure where to file this, but since the problem goes away with adding:
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
to /etc/X11/xorg.conf, I think the solution is to add this by default to the xserver-xorg configuration.
Whether this is a solution or workaround I don't know.
Bug #31922 discusses the same symptom, but the suggested solution (= it's bug description) involves some horizontal scrolling options in Firefox. I mean, if the problem was inside Firefox, why would the ZAxisMapping help? My problem is only about vertical scrolling.
Or does Firefox (wrongly, I'd say) use some features in Xorg that gets disabled by the ZAxisMapping thing?

I can reproduce this bug in Dapper Flight CD4. I did not have this problem in Breezy.
