[jaunty] Web browser plasmoid does not change size

Bug Description

The web browser plasmoid does change size in a proper way. The plasmoid frame size can be changed. However, the browser window inside always stays the same size.

Fix released to the development version of Kubuntu 9.10.
Packages for Kubuntu 9.04 have also been optionally made available for Kubuntu 9.04 users (http://www.kubuntu.org/news/kde-4.2.3)
