Bug Description
On an Acer 6292, Ubuntu can handle an external S-Video connected device ok as long as it is connected before booting up. It does not get S-Video working if the device is attached later. Also, pressing Fn + the function key which in combination with Fn enables S-Video leads to nothing.
This refers to Ubuntu 8.10 64-Bit fully updated (2.6.27-
