Doc on changing hostname not complete

Bug Description

The documentation on how to change host-name [1] is not complete:

It says to start with "Open System → Administration → Network." However, that menu item is not available on a fresh install of the Intrepid Desktop CD -- one has to install the packege "gnome-network-admin" first.

(Hence, there is currently no "easy-GUI" way in a fresh Desktop install to change host name. Request for opinions: Should a bug be filed to rectify this in future releases?)

Also, the documentation says that the computer needs a restart. This is not true either, only a logout-login is required.
