set date&time in systemsettings by ntp not working

Bug Description

Binary package hint: systemsettings

If you open systemsettings >> date & time
then you choose set time automaticly by timeserver,
and choose one of them you will get an error report saying it cant connect to ntp server.

the output from terminal if you start systemsettings is this

i am using kde 4.2 final on kubuntu intrepid
