I cannot use my usb-connected-
[For Ubuntu 8.04]
1. Open "/etc/udev/
2. Edit "0664" to "0666" in "USB devices" section.
Before the edit -------
# USB devices (usbfs replacement)
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ENV{DEVTYPE}
SUBSYSTEM=
After the edit -------
# USB devices (usbfs replacement)
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ENV{DEVTYPE}
SUBSYSTEM=
3. Restart the OS.
I need to know how to open the file to edit it. I can find it. I just can't open it.
