Live migration fails, because we don't use qemu+tcp, which OpenNebula expects to work.

We can easily add a configuration option for this one. Which one is the preferred communication protocol for ubuntu?

Well, since we have ssh setup between the nodes already, qemu+ssh seems like an obvious choice. I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but it should just work. It's how I usually do live migration.

OpenNebula now uses "qemu+ssh" as the protocol for live migration.
