Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

This document is an Avery design template. Its for business cards. It consists of what seems to be a collection of single cell tables, one for each card on their sheet.

Each cell is supposed to have its text start from the middle. The top two tables do this properly. Every other table is locked into starting the text at the top. I tried several options, and buttons, but nothing could make it work.

This is present in both intrepid and jaunty alpha (ie openoffice2.4 and openoffice3.0)

I know that this bug should be filed upstream, but I don't know how to do that with openoffice. I will have to figure that out.

[This is an automated message.]
There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.

I removed the bug watch because I don't want it in my bug list. Here is the link for reference: http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=98669

Daniel Hollocher, as Ubuntu no longer supports OpenOffice.org, would this be an issue for you in LibreOffice?

If so, would the document you attached been something you downloaded from an original source (please provide link if so), or something you created yourself from scratch?
