Bug Description

recurring events in evolution only show up once in the AWN calendar - on the original start date. they should show up on every date they apply to.

Thanks Dave, you've done the right thing by branching trunk and pushing it
up. When you are ready and feel your code addresses the issues, propose it

Recurring events are shown for every date they apply to as of rev. 1488.
This was probably fixed with rev. 1143 and 1148 by Mark Lee using a different approach than the linked branch by Dave Havlicek. However, Evolution access didn't work properly until rev. 1488.
