Bug Description
In the configure section of geneweb.postinst, the line
chmod g+r,a+r $NEWRCFILE
is called before $NEWRCFILE is generated (for new installations); this results in an error message at installation time:
Setting up geneweb (4.10-9) ...
chmod: cannot access `/etc/default/
Adding geneweb group ...
