Bug Description

Jaunty Jackalope doesn't detect my screen resolution properly, and I cannot adjust it using the gnome-display-properties application. It simply never starts. I have two Radeon 4850s, and two CRT-monitors.

The screen is stretched extremely vertically, leaving the top 40% or something of my screen visible.

Does it happen if you only have one monitor connected (or turned on)?

I am a bit surprised to see this:
(II) RADEON(0): Using hsync ranges from config file
(II) RADEON(0): Using vrefresh ranges from config file
since you don't have any ranges in your config file.

Can you please add
 Option "ModeDebug" "true"
to the Device section of xorg.conf and restart X and attach the new log?

I can confirm that the bug only occurs when more than one display is connected.
