xpdf abort in KDE 4.2

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xpdf

After updating to KDE 4.2 in Intrepid using the http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-experimental/ubuntu archive, xpdf crashes immediately upon being run, with the message "Aborted" in the console. xpdf continues to work fine when I run it from Gnome on the same computer, and it also runs fine if I use "ssh -X" to log in as myself from a console. Thanks for all your work on Ubuntu, and please let me know if I can suppy further information.
