Bug Description
On Kubuntu 9.04 64-bit, KDE does not lock the screen when the computer resumes from suspend or hibernate, even though it is set to do so in the PowerDevil configuration. If I manually activate suspend by using the qdbus command to activate suspend, it does lock on resume, consistent with the settings. This could be a security hazard, because someone who thinks his/her computer is locked might fall victim to a hacker who could just power on the system and begin using it without a password or anything.
