CLTL suggests non-existant package "ilisp"

Bug Description

Binary package hint: cltl

When installing cltl, it suggests the package "ilisp":
teddy@Stormbringer:~$ sudo apt-get install cltl

ilisp

cltl
...

ilisp was removed from the archive with Hardy. It should be taken out of the suggests list.
