Bug Description
Binary package hint: busybox
While using the initramfs environment, a user can't press caps lock and have it take effect.
This is troublesome if the user is trying to accept a string of input from usplash that is all caps lock letters.
Using showkey in initramfs (with kernel command line break=bottom) shows that the keycode is recognized (as keycode 58). It just doesn't do anything.

well as it turns out, this was broke in intrepid, but works in jaunty's current dailies inexplicably..
