Bug Description
Binary package hint: noip2
When noip2 is installed from APT on Intrepid 8.10 server, it does not start automatically at boot. There is no entry for it's startup script under /etc/rc2.d/. If you try to add this entry with 'update-rc.d noip2 start 20 2 .', update-rc.d claims the link already exists. Links do already exist in runlevels 3 and 4, but not the default 2. When the link is added manually, noip2 starts up at boot as expected.
