base_contact not installable

Bug Description
I am using the latest trunk version.
When you try to install the base_contact module you get the message, this module isn't installable.
indeed in:
/addons/
@line 52:
'installable': False,
instead of
'installable': True,
This change has been made in rev 2166: [IMP] Update the translations
It's seems to be a human error.
