powerbtn.sh script does not properly handle KDE4

Bug Description

On Kubuntu Jaunty (and I believe Intrepid, as well) there is a problem with the /etc/acpi/powerbtn.sh script in relation to KDE4. The current script checks to see if the gnome power manager and the DCOP server are running. The DCOP server only runs in KDE3, however. KDE4 uses some other method to detect the power button press. Therefore, when the power button is pressed and the script runs, it fails to detect that KDE is running and issues a halt command instead. A check needs to be added to this script to see if KDE4 is running, and, if it is, ignore the power button event so that KDE can handle it.
