Bug Description
Jaunty is moving entirely to KDE4, and requires that all packages be updated from KDE3 to KDE4. Kvirc is an IRC client, and currently is uploaded to Jaunty as the KDE3 version. The application is ported, but not yet released, but should be by the time Jaunty is ready. In the interest of removing the old KDE3 version and getting some testing in on the KDE4 version, we need to upload the current stable pre-release.
I am attaching the package for upload into Jaunty.

You might mention to upstream that there are files like src/modules/ upnp/ssdpconnec tion.h that are derivatives of other works and still carry the older copyright notice (as they should), but do not contain the old licensing information. See http:// kmess.sourcearc hive.com/ documentation/ 1.5/ssdpconnect ion_8h- source. html. Since it's all GPL, it's not a actual legal problem, but if the old licensing statement would be retained too, it would make things clearer.
