Bug Description

Kubuntu Jaunty Alpha 3 + all upgrades. Clean install, but since /home was on a separate partition, the old configuration files of the user from Intrepid were kept. However, these configuration files are essentially intrepid defaults.

If you move the mouse over the bottom panel, a bubble shows up. However, the color of the text is very dark so that essentially nothing can be read. This concerns the bubble coming from: the KDE menu, "show desktop" applet, the bars related to windows, the clock, the wastebasket and "recently plugged in" applet.
