Bug Description
On Jaunty/KDE 4 Basket only gives an error:
$ basket
basket: error while loading shared libraries: libartskde.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I suggest to upgrade the package to basket-devel that relies on KDE 4 and will not need arts or any other KDE 3 component anymore.
