Sequences : must be auto completed

In all object where you have the sequence field (for example into
invoice if you have install the invoice_layout module).

The sequence should be autocompleted with the next sequence (like for
the real sequence you can parameter for entries for example).

If you add a new element the default value of the sequence is 0 and the
element come on the top and not at the bottom of the list.....
