Shutter doesn't free the memory used when closing a tab

When you close gscrot's tab(s), it doesn't free up the memory used by those pictures.

Don't know which milestone this to assign to, as it is not a shutter problem but a perl-gtk one that we're looking into helping solve.

I can confirm that.

Some time after shutter is running it consumes more and more RAM (some GB) and must be closed.

Shutter 0.88.3 Rev.1206.
Debian Testing + XFCE 4.10.

v0.90.1 + Mate 1.8.2 + Ubuntu 14

You have to pay attention after close tabs, otherwise all other application goes to swap, and the whole system became extremely unstable.
To reproduce error is just a matter of close two tabs and listening to htop memory bar. After 10 minutes, X become unusable, an even is difficult to exit to text tty in order to kill process and recover SO.

Memory is flowing away slowly. Suppose it's the same like above.
