Bug Description
Binary package hint: ekiga
1. connect to your accounts
2. disable networking in network-manager
Result: connection times out
Expected: connection gets shut down without timeout in response to getting offline
3. go online again in network manager
Result: ekiga doesnt try to reconnect
Expected: ekiga should instantly attempt to connect once NM goes online.
