Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image-generic

/proc/acpi/video/GFX0/DD02/brightness will be inactive with the update of kernel 2.6.27-11.
I have a fujitsu amilo Pi2515 laptop.
It work's fine with anterior version and with gnome power manager applet.

Is this still an issue for you with the more recent 2.6.28 based kernel available in Jaunty 9.04 - http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download . Please let us know. Thanks.
