Mozvoikko uses Voikko (package libvoikko in main) to check spelling. Voikko is a spell-checking software for the Finnish language and uses its own dictionary. See http://voikko.sourceforge.net/architecture.html

I've assigned this to asac to evaluate. It's relatively small, meets MIR requirements. It would need to have iceweasel dropped from the Depends, though.

I dont think its a MIR requirement to drop iceweasel from the
depends. its just a not available option that allows this package to
be used in debian too.

I will do a quick code review, but so far its ok.
