Docky char size should change with the bar dimension

Bug Description

Gnome Do 0.7.99
Ubuntu 8.10

If you change the size of the bar, for example if you try to make it smaller, chars are too big and docky is quite unusable. I think that char size should change proportionally with the bar height and width. See screenshot to understand what I mean, in particular it misses the useful second line.

This is by design. I know the second bard goes away but doing things proportionally causes the second line of text to end up less than 5px tall (not enough resolution to actually display letters)

I recommend widening docky in summon mode to accommodate the default
"type to being searching" text.

To solve the missing second line problem with a small bar maybe it could be useful to have the results window with docky too, I mean in summon mode.
