totem "always on top button never work"

Binary package hint: totem

when i make a right click on my totem player . there is a option in there "always on top "
when i click on that option it don't work for me. so whenever i plays a next song my totem goes behind that window.

this option works for my other colleagues but not for me.
i tried reinstalling totem but still my problem is continuing.

please help me out.

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Thanks for the report, Are you using compiz ? Does it happens without it? Could you try to reproduce the same with another new user created on your system? Which video card and driver do you have? thanks.
