missing /usr/bin/gmcs in mono-gmcs (2.0.1-0ubuntu3)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: mono-gmcs

Ubuntu jaunty package does not have /usr/bin/gmcs
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/all/mono-gmcs/filelist

This causes problems, such as:

Sent patch upstream (debian). There's a missing entry for "debian/tmp/usr/bin/gmcs" in debian/mono-gmcs.install

This is not a bug, it's a result of repackaging efforts.

All unversioned scripts (e.g. 'sn', 'al', 'gmcs') have been moved to the mono-devel package. This allows us to change the default compiler at some point in the future should the need arise - much how 'gcc-3.4' and 'gcc-4.2' are distinct from the 'gcc' symlink.
