Bug Description
I get the following repeating errors in my paravirt VM:
init: ttyS0 main process (12565) terminated with status 1
init: ttyS0 main process ended, respawning
init: ttyS0 main process (12569) terminated with status 1
init: ttyS0 main process ended, respawning
init: ttyS0 main process (12573) terminated with status 1
init: ttyS0 main process ended, respawning
The VM doesn't have a /dev/ttyS0. I thought this was my fault earlier, but it turns out that these are being logged to /var/log/syslog all the time. I only noticed them when I shut down sysklogd just now (and when I crashed syslogd in kernelspace a moment ago, just before rebooting). I'm betting this is related to /etc/event.d/ttyS0.
