Bug Description
Copy archive overview pages shall provide visual feedback when an archive is disabled. Martin suggested
* to change the color of the title from green to grey
* Add a line underneath the title that includes the information that the archive was disabled by person XXX (if that data is available) and a link to re-enable it if the user viewing the page is authorised to do so.
