F3 crashed when I try to use option from banking website

Everytime I visit my banking website and try the Mortgage calculator Firefox crash after clicking or Mortgage calculator link

If you are using Ubuntu with the Gnome desktop environment - launch nautilus and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit.

There is no crash file in the folder and the option show hidden file is
selected
I even reproduce the crash but still there is no crash file
