Synaptic Package Manager shows URI instead of URl

Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

When downloading packages, in the status window the columns are "Status", "Size", "Package" and "URl". My guess is that the URl is actually supposed to be URL. It's not that big of an issue, I thought it would be a good idea to correct it though.

A URI can be an URL or an URN or both. So using URI is valid here.
Don't hesitate to submit any new bug.
