Bug Description
wadllib uses nose to run unit tests. Our standard is now zc.buildout, so wadllib's setup.py should be modified and any other necessary changes made.
While you're at it, plug in the doctests in iso_strptime.py.

zc.buildout doesn't specify a specific test runner. if anything we should move to testtools.
